Montreal River Walleye

Has anyone fished the Montreal River for walleye? I will be heading up to New Lyskard on a bear / moose hunt this Friday and our off time will be fishing for eyes. Shane has given me a ton of tips for late season eyes but I was wondering if anyone has actually fished this river and might have some tips.
