greetings all!
Lots of exciting things have been going on behind the scenes the last couple months that i thought I would briefly share.
Back in November a new 7 member executive committee had been elected.
We have since been in the process of launching a new logo, setting up our calander of various events, as well as lining up many great guest speakers for our monthly meetings. We also have moved! All of our monthly meetings will take place at the Grimsby Legion on the 1st Tuesday each month in the basement at 7pm.
We would like to remind you that all meetings are open for all to attend and we allways lots of room for new members to join.
(note our Feb. meeting is for members only as it will be our awards banquet, new members for 2011 are most welcome to attend though)
At our next meeting on Tues Jan 4th we are happy to have Grant McAllister of www.G2angling.com as our guest speaker.
He will give an in-depth seminar on ice fishing for walleye.
For more info on this and the club in general, please check www.straitlineanglers.com often as we will be rolling out dates and info for all of our events in the New Year, including the 3rd annual Feed The Fry Salmon Tournament.
